"I grew up in an urban area but always enjoyed the woods, the mountains and nature in general. During my studies I spent most of my time and money for traveling and eventually this brought me to a six months trip to Southern Africa. Between the first and the second trip were only five months since that I am visiting the African continent at least once a year.
Being eye to eye with these wild animals gives me an indescribable feeling. With my pictures I am trying to capture these moments that I experience during my travels and bring them back home.
Every picture I take is linked to a strong memory and I always remember the place, the situation, the people that were with me and I can relive the moment.
My passion for Africa and its wildlife has also led to an interest in wildlife conservation and I have partnered with two conservation organizations."

"I’m a landscape and travel photographer and I love capturing the world’s beauties in my images.
As a kid I was lucky enough to be able to travel with my family and I always had a knack for photography. At a young age I would take my mom’s old SLR and shoot away. Once I started exploring the world on my own I bought my first camera and haven’t looked back since. Being up before everybody else to soak in the first sunrays over Mt. Fuji in Japan or floating above the temple ruins of Bagan, Myanmar - photography is not just a way to capture memories but it has also added another layer to my travels and to learning about other countries and cultures.
By sharing my work, I hope to inspire you to go out there and explore the world with open arms and soak up the beauty that surrounds us."
