Laura Palmer Edwards, a returning artist to the Piano Craft Gallery since her 2007 solo show, had initially returned to the studio and art class in 2002 after a 25-year hiatus. Her works hang in numerous institutional and private collections in the U.S. and abroad.
Gilda Sharpe Etteh is an award-winning Artist and Instructor. Born and raised in Jamaica, she brings the vibrant colors, shapes and cultures of her homeland to Metrowest through her striking paintings and drawings.
Ekua Holmes has devoted her practice to sustaining contemporary Black Art traditions in Boston, as an artist, curator of exhibitions, and as an active member of Boston’s art community. Holmes has been honored with multiple artist residencies and she has received awards, both for her artworks, and in recognition of her community outreach and curatorial successes.
Diana Monroy, with awards and publications in Columbia and the United States, has been interested in and began developing an avenue of expression focusing on the human form since early in her professional development. Her works express chromatic variations of human figures in constant motion juxtapositioned in conflict and challenge as implied through strokes and gestures, contortions and convolutions, shading and emphasis.
Marjorie Saintil-Belizaire is currently a Boston artist-in-resident. She's worked to reshape the Mattahunt Community Center (MCC) as an arts and cultural space to convene, engage and to better reflect and celebrate community, local arts, culture, heritage, entrepreneurship, while also honoring BCYF’s ACES (Arts, Community and Civic Engagements, Education and Sports) framework.
