Join us for some wonderful improvisation by a Boston legend on Sunday, April 23, 4:00-6:30 p.m.Suggested donation $10Veteran Alto Saxophonist Kurtis Rivers brings his fine Jazz quartet to the Piano Craft Gallery for an afternoon of great music.The Piano Craft Gallery is excited to welcome back Makanda Project lead Alto saxophonist Kurtis Rivers. A long time veteran of the Boston Jazz scene, Kurtis is also well known for his quartet/quintet performances in intimate club settings. His current series at Levi’s Restaurant in Dorchester is a Sunday night favorite for those in the know and fans of all ages and locales have long been treated to Kurtis laying-down-the-law as the section leader of the Makanda Project.
